About the Services
What’s included in each plan?
Each plan includes a different level of travel planning support.
From a personalized itinerary with recommendations (Explorer) to complete booking management and support during your trip (Traveller and Voyager).
What’s the difference between the plans?
The main difference is the level of involvement.
- Explorer: I plan and recommend
- Traveller: I plan and handle the bookings
- Voyager: I take care of everything and support you throughout the entire trip
Can I fully customize the trip?
Absolutely! Every trip is tailor-made according to your budget, pace, interests, and travel style.
Do you work with any destination?
Yes, I organize both national and international trips.
From city breaks and road trips to romantic getaways, family vacations, or adventures with friends.
Bookings & Payments
How do payments work?
After approving the plan, payment for the Travelesy service can be made via bank transfer, MB Way, Revolut, or other available payment methods.
Do prices include flights and accommodation?
No. The prices shown refer only to the travel planning service.
Flights, accommodation, and activities are paid directly by you.
How do bookings work?
In the Traveller and Voyager plans, I handle the bookings for you in a simple and secure way.
- After approving the plan, you create a virtual card (secure and temporary).
- I use that card only to make the approved bookings.
- You receive all confirmations directly.
- Whenever possible, payments can also be made via MB Way, depending on the platform.
With the Explorer plan, you receive all recommendations and links so you can make the bookings at your own pace.
Can I pay with MB Way?
Whenever the platform allows it, yes. You can also use temporary virtual cards for extra security.
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is not included by default. However, if it makes sense for your trip, I can recommend the best options or include it in the planning process within the more complete plans.
Trip Planning
How far in advance should I plan my trip?
Ideally 3 to 4 weeks in advance, to ensure the best availability. However, I can also plan last-minute trips by taking advantage of opportunities and adapting everything quickly.
Can I change the itinerary?
Yes! I adjust everything with you until it feels perfect before any booking is made.
Do you organize multi-destination trips?
Absolutely! I can plan trips across multiple countries or cities, including flights, transportation, and logistics between destinations.
Will I receive a detailed itinerary?
Yes. Depending on the plan, you’ll receive an organized itinerary with all the important information, including:

• accommodation
• transportation
• activities
• restaurants
• useful travel tips
Do you also help with restaurants and experiences?
Yes. I provide personalized recommendations for restaurants, cafés, local experiences, viewpoints, activities, and less touristy spots.
Support During the Trip
What if something unexpected happens during the trip?
Depending on the plan, you’ll have support during your trip to help resolve any unexpected situations.
Are you available during the trip?
Depending on the plan you choose, you’ll have support before and during your trip.
What if a flight gets cancelled?
Depending on your plan, I’ll help you quickly find alternatives and reorganize the itinerary whenever needed.
