I start by understanding what you’re looking for: destination, dates, number of travelers, budget, and travel style. Then I create a fully personalized itinerary with the best options for you.
What’s included in the service?
It depends on the plan you choose, but it may include planning and booking flights, accommodation, transportation, activities, restaurants, and a complete itinerary.
Do I need to pay for bookings through you?
No. In the Traveller and Voyager plans, bookings are included. Payments are made using your own payment method (such as a virtual card), ensuring complete transparency and control.
When do I pay for the service?
After you receive the proposal and quote. I only move forward with bookings and the itinerary once everything is approved by you.
Can I change the itinerary?
Yes! I adjust everything with you until it feels perfect before any booking is made.
How far in advance should I plan my trip?
Ideally 3 to 4 weeks in advance, to ensure the best availability. However, I can also plan last-minute trips by taking advantage of opportunities and adapting everything quickly.
What if something unexpected happens during the trip?
Depending on the plan, you’ll have support during your trip to help resolve any unexpected situations.
Do you only handle flights and accommodation?
No. I can take care of everything, from flights and accommodation to experiences, restaurants, and complete travel logistics.
Can I request only an itinerary or recommendations?
